Chuck Capone from sales was great and thorough explaining all of our options after conducting an on-the-spot water test at no cost.
Installation was professional with Taylor and Alden. Taylor shares my OCD attention to detail and the install met my high standards. Taylor also ensured that we understood each component of our system and what to expect.
I carefully researched companies that install water purification systems in our area. Prices were comparable but the online reviews and satisfaction results for Bluedrop are far higher. Be sure to look at their list of customers including research labs, beverage, and hospitality companies with exacting standards. You can be sure those big clients did their homework as well.
We are loving the immediately noticeable results on our water quality. The level of customer service we received from Bluedrop was exceptional and all of the previous 5 star reviews accurately reflect our experience as well.

Our experience with Bluedrop was excellent. From Sales to scheduling our installation. Our installer showed up on time, was friendly, k operable and professional and left the job site squeaky clean. And the water quality is superb. This is the best home improvement project we have invested in in a long time.

I just had my system installed by Alden & Henry. They did a great job. They were here just a few hours and when done I was given a walk thru of all I needed to know and what to do if I had any problems. Alden was very thorough when explaining all I needed to know and I was very happy to hear that the system is maintained for life. I am looking forward to having clean water in my home! Thank You!

Great experience! John and Alden were both great. John explained everything clearly during the water test and while showing me my options. Alden installed everything very efficiently and I was so impressed how easily he got the equipment to fit into the limited space I had to work with. Alden also explained the new system for me in great detail. Everything is working great and I love my clean water!

We had an amazing experience with Bluedrop from start to finish! They were able to come out quickly after making an appointment (other companies never even called back!) and Chuck was super informative the entire time with zero sales pressure. Then instead of a few week wait for safe water, Erin in their office was able to jump on a cancellation for the very next day! It was so awesome to get the install done within a day of the initial appointment. The plumbers Roger and his partner were the most professional and friendliest guys, making us feel so happy with our decision. And such a great part - I will have nothing to remember for maintenance as they have a system for each out when new filters are needed. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Wonderful experience using Blue Drop. The sales rep John, and plumbers Roger and Taylor were all excellent! Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They installed a whole home water filtration system. We also added a reverse osmosis system with faucet at our kitchen sink. We’re now enjoying healthy chemical free water throughout the house. I highly recommend Blue Drop if you’re considering a water filtration system for your home.

Everything about the BlueDrop water experience has been great. Starting off with Patrick, our sales rep. Patrick tested and explained every phase of the process, both good and bad and recommended an appropriate system to get the best possible water from our well. Install was only a few weeks later and the team of installers did an amazing job. It was clear they were highly skilled and trained to put this system in. Afterwards they went over each piece of equipment in great detail, as well as our under the sink reverse osmosis system, which gives us the BEST tasting and healthiest water you can get.

My experience with Bluedrop was seamless from my first phone call to them, all the way to the installation. They were patient and thorough, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my water issues. I really appreciated the way that they had sent someone out to our home prior to installation just to double check everything and go over the set up of our basement and how they would install our filtration system. Alden installed everything today and really took his time with me. He was well mannered, respectful of my house, cleaned up after himself and left the place looking better than before he came! This company has been really great to work with. I was referred to them by my plumber for my whole home water filtration and reverse Osmosis system. And honestly the best part of my interaction with the company was the install team - Rodger and Taylor. They were a pleasure to work with and they took into consideration my needs, and were happy to accommodate them. Rodger was extra patient to explain everything I needed to know so that I could be educated on how my new system and pipes worked. I'll definitely be referring friends and family here

We just had our new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by Alden at Bluedrop. If the system works as amazing as the service then we should have no problems. We appreciate how polite, informative and extremely tolerant of our 110lb dog that Alden was. The system was easy to understand and he walked us through each step needed to be completed to keep the system going. Excited to have good drinking water here in Randolph.
