Samuel Ferreira was our installer. We had a reverse osmosis system installed. I found him to be polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He was fastidious and neat. He kept a clean work area and left nothing behind. It was like the appliance was always there. He answered all our questions and gave us advice through his experience in dealing with different customers in different communities. I have been very impressed with BlueDrop from the salesperson, Patrick Cahill, your scheduling staff, and the plumbers who have come to my home. Great company.
