My experience with this company has been excellent! Everyone I come into contact with was knowledgeable, cordial, and accommodating from sales to installation. John (sales) and Joey (installation) went above and beyond to ensure that I had the equipment need for my home and that it was installed promptly and properly. I watched Joey take measurement after measurement to verify proper installation. He explained how the system functioned and what to do in case any unforeseen issues arise. He made sure my pluming was functioning properly before beginning the installation. I am supper pleased with his work!!

The team did a great job with the system install. Communicated well and walked me through everything after it was done. Much needed water system highly recommended!

Cesar from Blue Drop came out to service our home’s carbon filtration system and RO, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely informative, easy to talk to, and genuinely eager to address any questions I had throughout the appointment. He took the time to walk me through the tests he performed, explain the current condition of our system, and point out existing filter wear in a clear and helpful way.

It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly knowledgeable and so approachable, and I felt very confident in the work being done because of him. You are truly lucky to have Cesar on your team, and I wanted to be sure his great work didn’t go unnoticed.

I am pleased with part 1. of my Bluedrop Filtration install. My salesman Chuck was terrific and gave me options to choose from and allowed me to choose. Absolutely no hard push whatsoever which I greatly appreciated. Today, my Plumber Installer Drew was so incredibly awesome and meticulous, I was overwhelmed by his professionalism as I live in an older home and not all of the plumbing back then was logical. After seeing their work in action, I’ve decided to upgrade to add water-softening.

I contacted Bluedrop Water after years of considering having a whole-house water filtration system installed. My experiences with the Bluedrop team have been exceptionally positive and problem-free, from scheduling a meeting to discuss my needs, to the actual installation.

The meeting with Chuck of the sales team was set up within minutes of my initial call and he came to the house within just a few days. He performed a number of tests, explained my options and, within a few minutes, was able to present a sales proposal to me, which I accepted without reservation. Chuck answered all of my questions and clearly spelled out the next steps, including installation. I felt complete confidence. Within a day, Erin reached out to schedule the installation, and was able to accommodate my request for an early morning visit. So far, Bluedrop has made a very good impression; at this point, I realized that customer service must be very important to them.

Today Alden arrived as scheduled for the installation. He was super pleasant, positive, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything that he was about to do, answered every one of my questions, and then, after the installaltion, reviewed the equipment and its functions and maintenance. He was efficient, proficient, very, very knowledgeable, so friendly, courteous, and exceptionally professional. He did a stellar job. I couldn't be more satisifed, and I am more than pleased that he made the installation experience such a positive one.

Have had an excellent experience with Bluedrop so far and we are so glad we chose them for our whole house water filter and reverse osmosis system.
They were responsive to our online request and quick to schedule our initial consultation where Patrick came out and was very thorough in testing our water and going over all of options and his recommendations.
Alden was fantastic for the installation, he arrived right on time, explained everything well, and answered any questions we had. He used the spaces for the equipment setups efficiently and left all work areas nice and clean.
