Great overall experience with Bluedrop! We had a whole house system and reverse osmosis system installed. From the start Patrick from sales came out, knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure, explained everything! Initial install went well and then Alden came out to complete the installation, professional, personable, courteous and respectful of my home, we could not have been happier!!

Bluedrop water filtration system ! Had a great experience with the plumber that came today. Knowledgeable, kind, thorough and fast (though not hurried). Explained everything clearly and made adjustments for my particular home that were thoughtful. Would absolutely request this individual again.
The entire Bluedrop team was amazing from start to finish. My private well, along with many of my neighbors wells have been compromised by PFAS. Chuck our salesman explained the situation in detail and he was very easy to understand and work with. Great guy. Erin coordinated the install date and kept me apprised throughout the process, which was very much appreciated. Best of all was the install time. Roger our plumber did fantastic work and finished 3 1/2 hours later, which blew me away. His work was five stars all around! We also had a R/O system installed under our kitchen sink and barely lost any storage space. Kudos!!!
Michael, the plumber that installed our system was certainly a problem solver, forward thinker, and diligent in his task. He certainly focused on a solution rather than the issue. He did an excellent job installing the Whole House system, installing at an area that would not hinder other systems. And he cleaned up after himself. Love the water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in my house. My wife loves it too. The communication with the company is amazing and the install is the best plumbing I have seen. They were able to fit everything in a small tight space as promised. The price could not be beat, I got pretty much everything Blue drop had to offer for the price of just a softer from one of their competitors. Highly recommended them to several people already.
